After a successfully downing Kel we moved on to try our luck with Malygos. We were greeted with a large blue object entering orifices that were not made for it. Most of us are still trying to wash away the pain..

Its not all serious business here at DH. While yes, we do wipe a ton, raiding does have its perks!

I think everyone would agree, healers are in short supply. Maybe blizzard added achievements because they knew people would be forced to sit and wait for hours and hours to find a healer for a group. Maybe I’ve just developed a bad reputation with healers and they don’t want to die anymore. Either way, having some extra time on my hands I went to level up my weapon skills!

In Shadow Labs you will find that the first boss is easy to get to, banished and will let you level weapons up for hours and hours! I only had to kill 1 group, the warlock + Imps near the start; hugging the walls you should be able to make it all the way behind Hellmaw. Engage at max range and pick up that trashy romance novel, you’ll probably be here awhile.

Been awhile since we’ve had a progression update. DH is slowly but surely pushing into Naxx. While other guilds have had the instance on farm, we are doing it the usual style that DH is known for. Perverted.

Our resident tree decided to stick his wood someplace it probably should have always been, inside Heigan.

Followed up with a prompt smack to Loatheb and seducing some interns to kill Razuvious. Silly interns, you can always take advantage of them, can’t ya! Speaking of interns, DH is recruiting! If you’re a sucker quality person willing to die fight the good cause, drop us an app!

Blackwatch, the most badassded paladin evar to grace Disposable Heroes hallowed halls (this dude can farm Reanor’s under pants like no other!) was honored by his namesake guild (and biggest fan club)  <B L A C K W A T C H> on Halloween 2008 so he decided to dress up like his idol raid boss (ironically also the most difficult raid boss he’s ever downed) The Maiden Of Virtue!

Reports from horrified patrons of Ofinnigans – the offical tavern of the Disposable Heroes – were unclear but seemed to indicate a large raid formed outside the tavern and repeatedly downed raid boss Blackwatch for much booty. Grats to Synap for winning the legendary pink sock and pork sword combo! Following the downing much PvP (Penis Vs. Penis) was then had by curious on lookers.

It has taken several months to get back into SSC but we finally did it. With the help of a few friends DH successfully downs Lurker!

Winning battlegrounds is always a nice treat, sometimes painfully achieved but always pleasantly received. Preventing the other team from scoring any points is probably like eating a chocolate cake-pie-strudel-cookie treat. I have never had a cake-pie-strudel-cookie but I imagine it to be quite tasty.

So here I am finally caught up in the must have profession arms race for all cloth wearers, tailoring. I find myself farming a certain area of the Outlands notoriously generous in the dropping of Netherweave cloth when I found myself graced with the presence of a alliance rogue by the name of Stven of competing for kills. No problem, the respawn rates are rather quick, and if I really wanted to I could tag them all and kill them as a mage, the one proficient thing a mage can do besides being a mobile refreshment stand, however I figured I’d see how he wanted to play share. Not so good.

Occasionally as a frost mage we find ourselves in a position to summon a water elemental. This is a 41 point talent that Blizzard gave to mages to remind us mages that our role is WATER WATER WATER. The sweet thing about the water elemental is the ability to cast ranged frost nova, which allows a frost mage to take advantage of ice lance to actually do some damage. Well apparently I was out of line frost novaing one set of mobs in particular that got Stven’s panties all bunched up. See Rogues have this neato ability called stealth, wherein they are invisible when they sneak up to mobs. Me not having my infra red googles on, and or not being on the phone with Madame Jo Jo of the Psychic Friends Hotline at the time, was unawares of Stven’s interest in said mob, and I pounced much to Stven’s chagrin…
